RELIGIOUS EDUCATION REGISTRATION
JULY 1st - AUGUST 25th 2021
You may register for classes at SJE or OLMC through all options below:
In person Registrations:
• Register Sundays after 9:00 am OLMC Mass in the Sacristy: with Mr. Morzello or Sr. Donna.
• Register Sundays 9:30 am to 1:30 pm in the Religious Education Office located on the basement floor of the SJE school Building.
Drop off Completed Forms and Payment:
Download the Registration form from the Parish website https://sjeolmc.org/registration
Return the completed form with the fee due and copies of Sacramental certificates.
• Drop off completed registration and payment to SJE Rectory Tuesday - Friday 10:00am – 2:30 pm, 148 Hamilton Ave., White Plains, NY 10601
• Drop off registration and check anytime in an envelope marked Religious Education Program in the mail slot of the former OLMC rectory (now CND Novitiate House) - 92 Lexington Ave. White Plains, NY 10606

Usted puede registrarse para classes en SJE
u OLMC a traves de las siguiente opciones:
• Inscríbase los domingos después de la Misa de las 9:00 am en la Sacristía con Mr. Morzello o Hna. Donna.
• Registrese los Domingos de 9:30 am a 1:30 pm en la Oficina de Educación Religiosa ubicada en el piso del sótano del edificio de la Escuela.
Entregue la Registracion completa y el pago:
Descargue la registracion en la pagina web de la Iglesia: https://sjeolmc.org/registration
Entregue la registracion completa con el pago y los certificados Sacramentales.
• Deje la Registracion ya completa y pago en la rectoría de martes a viernes de 10:00 am a 2:30 pm. 148 Hamilton Ave. White Plains, NY 10601
• Deje la registracion y pago en un sobre titulado Programa de Educación Religiosa en la ranura de la caja de correo, de la antigua rectoría (ahora CND Noviciate House) 92 Lexington Ave. White Plains, NY 10606
